Sacrificial anode protection has been developed for nearly 200 years. With the development of application fields, the research and development of sacrificial anodes suitable for various special environmental requirements has been carried out continuously. 

            At present, both at home and abroad for high strength steel of sacrificial anode protection and application in the oil are the sacrificial anode protection of carbon steel in sea, but for ship ballast water storehouse, deck cabin and high strength steel to protect oil enrichment area of sacrificial anode study hardly, so developed is suitable for the environment of the sacrificial anode has a certain significance.  In this paper, the mechanism of alloying elements was studied by using al-Zn-in-Bi-Si-Ce six-element anode system based on the electrochemical performance test of constant current sacrifice anode, combined with electrochemical research methods such as polarization curve and AC impedance, supplemented by SEM, macroscopic metallographic observation and EDS analysis.  For 16 groups of anodic formulations of orthogonal design, the current efficiency was taken as the index, and the range analysis was used to screen the best.  The effects of heat treatment on the anode properties were analyzed in terms of electrochemical properties and microstructure of the alloy.
